What it is

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice in which the practitioner channels universal life force energy to support balance, relaxation, and well-being in the recipient.

Origins & Traditions

Developed in Japan by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century, Reiki draws on the understanding that life energy flows through all beings and that balanced energy supports health in body, mind, and spirit.
